Most microgreen varieties contain more nutrients and vitamins than more mature vegetable greens! They tend to be rich in:

  • Potassium
  • Iron
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Copper
  • Polyphenols and antioxidants

Microgreens are a rich source of antioxidants, which have been linked to a lower risk of heart disease and other illnesses.

So, in addition to delicious, microgreens are also a healthy addition to any diet!

Who should take this workshop?

This Grow Along is designed for folks who are brand new to growing microgreens.

We will demonstrate an inexpensive and easy growing method so anyone can get started growing.

Here’s the schedule of topics for this workshop

Days 1-3: Learning more about microgreens & getting ready to plant

Day 4: Planting together!

Days 5-15: Daily tips for success and more info on microgreens (safe handling, growing with kids, troubleshooting, and more). You’ll be invited to our private Facebook group for even more information and to learn from others taking the workshop with you!
