Benny Kuo

Screen Shot 2019-09-11 at 3-10-11 PMBenny Kuo is a career coach strategist. He coaches clients to build their brand with the values and skills they bring to the table to secure employment. He's interviewed on the Mac's List podcast about the Hidden Job Market.

Benny is also a product marketer in Vancouver, WA. He earned his Master’s in Business from Oregon State University, and his Bachelor’s degree in music and economics from Willamette University.

Pam Knowles

COB_KnowlesPamHeadshotPam Knowles is Oregon native and Portland businesswoman with more than 35 years of professional experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in History and Education from Oregon State University and law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School.

Ms. Knowles is currently the Principal of Pam Knowles Consulting and assists for profit and non profit businesses with organizational development, governance, executive coaching and strategic planning. Most recently she served as the Executive Director for Industry Relations for the College of Business at Oregon State University. Previously she was a partner in the law firm Davis Wright Tremaine for over 15 years, where she focused on Business organization, employment and education issues. She was also the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for the Portland Business Alliance, the Director of Marketing and Development for Portland Center Stage, and the Executive Director for the Oregon Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability.


Mark Conan

Screen Shot 2019-10-10 at 4-06-57 PMMark Conan has 35 years of experience in accounting and finance and is currently providing advice and services through his firm CFO LLC. He served as the VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Plaid Pantries, Inc. from 2003 until his retirement in 2016. At Plaid, he supervised a staff of 30 and was responsible for accounting and finance including unique functions that included smart safes, an ATM network, and a private label money order system. Before joining Plaid, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded software development venture company. He also served as VP Finance for a publicly traded natural resource company assisting in their IPO and several significant acquisitions after ten years in public accounting with Price Waterhouse.

 

Yuliya Dennis

YuliyaDennisYuliya Dennis is the director of alumni career services at Oregon State University (OSU) Alumni Association and manages and oversees career programs for over 200,000 OSU alumni. OSU alumni career programs offer a diverse suite of programs to support alumni career success.

Yuliya also serves as the Assistant Vice President of Mentor Programs for Alumni Career Services Network (ACSN).  She was the receipt of the 2019 Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Rising Star award for her work in alumni relations. Yuliya received her BA in History, and her M.Ed in College Student Services Administration from OSU. She is eager to share her knowledge of what it takes to career transition successfully. 

Her motto is: Engage in what matters and support others in engaging in what matters to them.
