At its core, FourSight delves into both the mindset and toolset necessary for effective problem resolution. It begins by unveiling individuals' personal problem-solving inclinations through the FourSight Thinking Profile assessment, which illuminates their unconscious approaches to challenges and identifies areas of energy peaks and dips. Armed with this self-awareness, participants are then equipped with tools to streamline the entire problem-solving process. Additionally, teams undergo assessment via the FourSight Team Profile, identifying collective strengths and potential blind spots.
