In this course, participants will learn to recognize abuse and neglect of children, older adults and persons with disabilities. We will explore the role as a Mandatory Reporter; how to recognize and prevent Medicaid & Medicare fraud; problem-solving skills when an incident is witnessed or suspected; and local resources for reporting.
