Getting your product onto a retail shelf is a milestone. Getting it off that shelf and into a consumer's cart — consistently — is the real business. Shelf placement alone doesn't drive sales; promotion, merchandising, and ongoing sales execution do.

Module 13 Course Overview

This module explores the potential clients you can sell your new product to in both the retail and foodservice fields. It will also prepare you for a buyer meeting, trade show, and in-store demo. This module is part of our Sales series.

Specialty Food Association has 3,900 members in the food business, most of whom are specialty food producers.
