Program Managers review and evaluate your new program proposal, and schedule time with you and your team to learn more about your program goals. Through a collaborative effort, we work with you to develop a plan for project scope, financial projections and community impact.
Building a noncredit course can be a big undertaking, but your Program Manager can help make that lift manageable. We manage the overall build process, including project initiation, planning, execution and evaluation.
Your Program Manager acts as your primary PACE contact and serves as liaison to other PACE team members. You’ll work with us to activate enrollment, marketing and instructional design work.
Do you want to run your course once a year or once a term? Let Program Managers help you decide. In addition to monitoring course production, we can also help with course scheduling.
Financial management is an important yet time consuming part of effective project management. Your Program Manager can handle work orders and contracts, billing, revenue shares and reporting, and other aspects of your course finances, ensuring that your project stays within budget and on time for financial deliverables.
