Dairy Online Certificate: Module 7 - Packaging

In module 7, we will be looking at the basics of food packaging with special focus on dairy products.

Module 7 Course Overview

Many of our dairy products are highly perishable so it is important to have a package that not only contains and conveys the product but one that will protect the product from deterioration and spoilage.

We will see some details of the commonly used packaging materials in the manufacture of dairy products.

We will also see some aspects regarding sustainable dairy packaging as well as labeling.

She's a highly accomplished R&D, Food Safety and Quality executive with extensive Fortune 500 business and technical experience. She's passionate about food and how to integrate innovative ideas from the culinary world into the retail food space.
