This class is the last one in our Technical Writing Certificate series, and it will show you how to combine your writing samples from the other classes in a way that best showcases your work.
You will learn how to assemble your documents and ensure they work together in an effective and straightforward way. You will then learn how to create an online portfolio that utilizes effective design and search engine optimization (SEO) so that you come up when people search for a technical writer in your area.
You'll end the class with a digital portfolio hosted on WordPress that you can use to launch your own technical writing business or as part of your application when you apply for jobs as a technical writer.
Please note, you must complete all other classes in the Technical Writing Certificate as a prerequisite before taking this class. The free Introduction to Technical Writing class is not required.
