Explain what UX design is and why it's important.
Explain what user testing is and why it's important.
Apply accessibility principles to a document in Microsoft Word.
Use styles in Microsoft Word to format a document.
Consider accessibility from the beginning of construction.
Identify a specific audience and target your documentation towards that audience.
Find examples of new kinds of industry-specific documentation when necessary.
Generate questions for user testing.
Choose select information for inclusion in an FAQ or troubleshooting document.
